My stay was a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, I had trouble finding the hotel after mistakenly booking one in Neiva, but when I finally arrived at El Poblado, I was greeted with fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the noise from the alley could be bothersome at times. Overall, it was decent value for money, but there's definitely room for improvement with the noise situation.

My stay was quite an experience, starting with a mix-up when I discovered I had booked a hotel in Neiva on the coast, instead of where I intended. Although the front rooms were a bit noisy from the alley until midnight, the clean room and comfortable bed made up for it.
